Troubleshooting high latency and severe packet loss between the Base Station and CPE.
Update: 2026-07-13
(1) First, confirm the distance between the devices and whether there are any obstructions. (2) Check the link connection quality. If it is poor, adjust the angle of the two devices. (3) There may be severe interference. Adjust the channel, power, channel bandwidth, etc. (4) Try adjusting the radio frequency distance. Select the closest value that matches the actual distance.

Is there a limit to the number of devices in the CPE110 point-to-multipoint mode? How many clients can a single receiving station have?
Update: 2026-07-13
The CPE110 has low throughput, so it is not recommended for multi-point configurations. Meanwhile, point-to-multipoint throughput is relatively high, so it is recommended to limit it to no more than four units, and it will be limited by actual transmission throughput.

Can the gateway create two portal authentication methods: Voucher authentication and local authentication?
Update: 2026-07-13
The gateway only supports one portal authentication method at a time. You can configure one Voucher authentication method, and the other is the default method, which performs no authentication and only requires the SSID and password.
